Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Mijn vermoeden dat SBM een groot probleem zal hebben wanneer de boete te hoog uitvalt zie ik net bevestigd in een FDA -bericht:

    "INVESTMENT CONCLUSION
    SBM's current management has been able to improve the company's operational performance, partly thanks to favorable market developments. The probable improper sales practices occurred during previous management's tenure. SBM launched itself the investigations in cooperation with the authorities. The total alleged amount of bribes still looks exaggerated. Nevertheless, in the case of a punishment the financial position of the company will deteriorate and another call on its shareholders will than be unavoidable. Therefore, SBM Offshore's status as an investment choice along with its sustainability score will be reviewed.    "

    Hier nog een ander citaat uit dat bericht:

    "ELEVATED FINES
    Oil industry has often been accused of corruption practices as a small group of persons decide about the award of large projects. This is reflected in the FDA's sustainability scores of the companies present in the sector. For example, Saipem was involved with bribery in Algeria and the case is still running. Oil services company Wheaterford had paid around USD 13 mln in several African countries and was fined USD 153 mln in 2013. According to US authorities, Total paid about USD 60 mln in bribes in Iran between 1995 and 2004 and it was fined USD 398 mln.    "

    Ik denk dat een factor 2 (maal de omkoopbedragen) al problematisch wordt. De markt hield tot vorige week rekening met een boete van ongeveer$200mln. Dat gezegd hebbende, die $250 mln aan omkoopbedragen kan heel goed onjuist zijn. Ik heb echter de indruk, vooral als gevolg van het persbericht van SBM dat dat bedrag niet ver bezijden de waarheid is.
